The bunk ends of the loft bed feature open style vertical slat accents that lay the foundation for the bed's country style. The included 2-piece guard rails will put your mind at ease when your children are using the bunk bed. Two sets of bolting rails provide a stable foundation for the top and bottom bunk. Two sets of slat rolls support the mattresses and allow space for an under-bed storage unit.

Add storage space to the bedroom decor with the optional 5-drawer dresser. The dresser has five spacious drawers to keep clothes and any accessories. The drawers are assembled by using English dovetail and lap joints to ensure sturdiness. These joints also provide the drawers with better capabilities to bear the weight of the items stored inside. The drawers have side-mounted full-extension metal glides that provide a smooth operating motion and access to the far ends. The interiors of the drawers are stained for a uniform visual appeal and the bottom level is dust-proof. Wooden knobs accent the drawer fronts and they complement the country style of the bunk bed.

Underneath the bed, you can add the optional trundle/storage drawer unit for more functionality. This unit can be house a trundle-sized mattress for additional sleeping space.
